Використання інформаційних процесів в управлінні промисловим підприємством

Abstract

У статті досліджено можливості, розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо застосування інформаційних процесів в управлінні вітчизняними промисловими підприємствами. Доведено доцільність застосування сценарного підходу до цього процесу. Розкрито сутність поняття «сценарій», досліджено еволюцію його використання в економічній практиці підприємств та основні принципи, на яких він має базуватися з метою його ефективної реалізації в управлінні промисловим підприємством. Вивчено сутність та зміст когнітивного моделювання, основні етапи моделювання на підставі когнітивних карт як одного з найважливіших підходів до вибору інструментарію реалізації сценарного підходу. Доведено, що основною метою використання когнітивних моделей є формування та уточнення гіпотез функціонування складних соціально-економічних систем, а саме розробка сценаріїв формування інформаційного забезпечення процесів управління підприємством.

The article considers the possibilities and developed practical recommendations on the application of information processes in the management of industrial enterprises. The expediency of using the scenario approach in this process is proved. The essence of the concept “scenario” is disclosed, the evolution of its use in the economic practice of enterprises is investigated as well as the basic principles on which it should be based with a view to its effective implementation in the management of an industrial enterprise. The essence and content of cognitive modeling, the stages of its modeling on the basis of cognitive maps, as one of the most important approaches to the choice of the tool for implementing the scenario approach are studied in the article. It was also proved that the main purpose of using cognitive models is the formation and refinement of the hypotheses of the functioning of complex socio-economic systems, namely the development of scenarios for the formation of information support for enterprise management processes.
