Проблеми і перспективи гуманітарної політики держави в контексті сучасних міжнародних відносин

Abstract

У статті розглянуто напрями діяльності держави щодо забезпечення гуманітарного розвитку в контексті сучасних міжнародних відносин. Зазначено, що однією з головних тенденцій світової політики є гуманізація міжнародного життя, перехід до конструктивної взаємовигідної співпраці на основі нового мислення і моральних цінностей. Перешкодою є відсутність концептуалізації гуманітарного складника у зовнішній політиці сучасної держави як суб'єкта міжнародних відносин. Наголошено на необхідності ефективного міжнародного співробітництва з урахуванням національних інтересів України, а також на протистоянні гуманітарній інтервенції. Підкреслено потребу об’єднання та узгодження освітнього, культурного, етнонаціонального, державно-конфесійного та інші напрямів державної політики в гуманітарній сфері.

The article deals with the directions of the state's activity in providing humanitarian development in the context of contemporary international relations. The focus is on the need for effective international cooperation, taking into account Ukraine's national interests. Defining the conceptual basis for humanitarian policy research is an important methodological issue that touches upon the field of many sciences, first of all, social philosophy, political science, and educational philosophy. It is noted that one of the main tendencies of world politics is the humanization of international life, the transition to constructive mutually beneficial cooperation based on new thinking and moral values. The obstacle is the lack of conceptualization of the humanitarian component in the foreign policy of the modern state as a subject of international relations. In Ukraine, there is no strategic vision of the foundations and ways of achieving the cultural unity of society, the formation of its integral historical memory and national self-determination. In such a situation, the main task is to continue the initiated systemic reforms, to prove the consistency of the chosen course for European integration, to affirm democratic values, the principles of civil society, freedom of speech and the rule of law, the humanitarian orientation of politics. There is an urgent need to formulate and implement consistent internal and external state humanitarian policies, first of all - to develop and adopt a single conceptual document that integrates and harmonizes educational, cultural, ethno-national, state-confessional and other spheres of humanitarian policy as such, as such and stereotypes of personal and social life. In order to strengthen the position of the state language and counteract the influence of the "Russian world", it is advisable to provide real and strong support for the creation of a quality Ukrainianlanguage cultural-information product, the formation of a modern Ukrainian language, the continuous improvement of the professionalism of the body of native speakers, journalists, and artists.
