Сучасний стан венчурного фінансування інноваційної діяльності підприємницького сектору України

Abstract

У роботі пропонується аналiтичний пiдхiд до визначення сучасного стану венчурного фінансування інноваційної діяльності підприємницького сектору України, що знаходиться в процесі формування інституту венчурного капіталу для забезпечення умов збалансованого економічного зростання шляхом створення єдиної інноваційної екосистеми. Актуальність теми зумовлена тим, що саме венчурне фінансування є основним джерелом упровадження інновацій на ринок і сприяє створенню новиx організацій та підприємств, нових робочих місць, розвитку технологiй та пiдвищенню конкурентоспроможності економіки країни. У статті розкрито сутність венчурного капіталу. Особливу увагу приділено основним рисам, що притаманні венчурному фінансуванню інноваційної діяльності в Україні, та визначено особливості венчурних інвестицій. Виокремлено механізм роботи венчурних інвестицій.

In current conditions, the priority direction of development of the Ukrainian economy is the activation of innovative processes. The formation and efficient functioning of the national innovation system requires some investment, among which venture capital is important.This paper proposes an analytical approach to determining the current state of venture financing of innovative activity of the Ukrainian business sector, which is in the process of forming an institute of venture capital to provide conditions for balanced economic growth by creating a single innovative ecosystem. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that venture financing is the main source of innovation in the market and contributes to the creation of new organizations and enterprises, new jobs, technology development and competitiveness of the country's economy. Venture capital is used to make private equity investments made by outside investors to finance new, growing firms operating in high-tech industries. Venture capital is the most suited to investment in innovation, with a wide variety of risks. The essence of venture capital is revealed in the article. Particular attention is paid to the main features inherent in venture financing of innovative activity in Ukraine and the specific features of venture investments. In addition, the text of the work highlights the mechanism of venture capital investment. Venture financing has been identified as one of the most important sources of capital for businesses whose rapid growth and development is constantly in need of additional external investment. An important task in the development of innovative activity of the Ukrainian business sector is to search for unconventional investments in innovations and startups, as carriers of the innovative component, in particular. One of the possible ways of solving this problem could be the development of the venture industry in Ukraine, since venture capital, under certain conditions, it is advisable to consider as an effective source of funding for research and development, as well as the creation of an innovative product.
