Формування адаптаційних зв ’язків діяльності підприємств у зовнішньому середовищі

Abstract

У роботі пропонується науковий підхід до формування адаптаційних зв’язків діяльності промислових підприємств до мінливих зовнішніх умов на основі врахування стратегічного напряму діяльності виробничо-інноваційного кластера. Ефективне функціонування вітчизняних промислових підприємств та довгостроковий розвиток визначаються адаптацією на зміни зовнішнього середовища, а саме швидкістю та вмінням налагоджувати адаптаційні зв’язки в процесі діяльності. Обґрунтовано науково-методичний підхід до вибору напряму адаптивного розвитку промислового підприємства, в основу якого покладено формування адаптаційних зв’язків, який базується на врахуванні стратегічного напряму діяльності виробничо-інноваційного кластера. Визначено формулювання поняття адаптаційних зв’язків з позиції системного підходу. Реалізація розробленого науково-методичного підходу до формування системи адаптаційних зв’язків промислових підприємств дасть змогу підприємствам, використовуючи власні можливості, виявити, ослабити й попередити загрози зовнішнього середовища.

The difficult socio-economic situation in Ukraine for industrial enterprises causes the use of new approaches to management, the formation of effective adaptation connections operating strategic management tools to ensure sustainability in a competitive environment. The most important problem of any enterprise operating in modern conditions is the problem of its survival and ensuring continuous strategic development. The effective solution to this problem is to create and realize competitive advantages, which can largely be achieve based on well-designed and effective competitive strategy of the enterprise. The effective functioning of domestic industrial enterprises and long-term development determined by the adaptation to changes in the environment, namely the speed and ability to establish adaptation communications in the process of activity. The strategic model of enterprise adaptation in the conditions of unstable environment is considered and the necessity of applying the method of clustering of economic relations revealed. The development of the system of adaptation links of the enterprise with the creation of a single cluster management mechanism has been determined. Grounded the scientific and methodological approach to the choice of the direction of the adaptive development of the industrial enterprise, which based on the formation of adaptation connections that based on the strategic direction of the activity of the production and innovation cluster. Defined the formulation of the concept of adaptive relationships from the standpoint of the systematic approach. The article suggests a scientific approach to forming adaptation relationships of industrial enterprises to changing external conditions based on the strategic direction of the activity of the production and innovation cluster. The implementation of the developed scientific and methodological approach for the formation of the adaptation system of industrial enterprises will allow enterprises, using their own capabilities, to identify, mitigate and prevent exposure threats to the environment.
