Комплексна оцінка ефективності роботи з постачальниками

Abstract

У роботі пропонується комплексна система оцінки ефективності роботи з постачальниками з погляду формування товарних запасів підприємства на підставі побудови остовного дерева кластеризації постачальників. Ключовим питанням організації роботи із запасами товарів на торговельному підприємстві є постійна робота з постачальниками. Аналіз ефективності співпраці з тим чи іншим постачальником є передумовою ефективного формування товарних запасів для будь-якого підприємства, без виконання якого взагалі неможливо вести мову про налагодження процесу управління запасами товарів. Відповідно, гострим питанням є оцінка ефективності співробітництва з певним колом постачальників торговельного підприємства, а логічним наслідком є формування певної політики щодо конкретних постачальників. У статті також обґрунтовано вибір конкретної політики взаємодії з постачальником та приведено результати апробації розробленої системи на підприємстві.

The article proposes a comprehensive system for assessing the effectiveness of work with suppliers in terms of the formation of inventory of the enterprise based on the construction of a spanning tree of clustering of suppliers. The aim of the article is to develop a comprehensive system for assessing the performance of suppliers in terms of the completeness and feasibility of forming stocks of enterprise goods, followed by the choice of a policy for interaction with suppliers. Analysis of the effectiveness of cooperation with a particular supplier is a prerequisite for the effective formation of inventories for any enterprise, without which it is generally impossible to talk about establishing a process for managing inventory of goods. Accordingly, an acute problem is the assessment of the effectiveness of cooperation with a certain circle of suppliers of a trading enterprise, and the logical consequence is the formation of a certain policy in relation to specific suppliers. For this purpose, all indicators that can characterize the effectiveness of working with a particular supplier for a particular trading company are divided into two large groups: a group that will characterize the reliability of the supplier, and a group that will characterize its profitability. By the term “economy” we mean the impact of cooperation with a particular supplier on the financial results of the company under study from the sale of goods). The calculation of the proposed methodology was carried out on the example of a study of suppliers on the product line «Soft drinks» LLC «Ukrproduct». When calculating the arithmetic average, the value of the supplier's reliability coefficient was obtained separately, and the profitability coefficient - separately. The procedure for clustering suppliers in accordance with the principle of building a spanning tree is as follows: first, a segment is selected between two points on the graph whose length is the longest. Thus, the entire data set is grouped into certain parts, which, according to the recommendations for using this method, should be from three to six. A system for evaluating the effectiveness of suppliers from the point of view of forming stocks of goods of a trading company is proposed, it is effective and suitable for use, since it allows clustering of suppliers according to a complex system of coefficients, and on this basis I recommend a trading company a specific policy for interacting with each specific supplier.
