Методичний інструментарій механізму регулювання соціально-трудових відносин у підвищенні якості життя населення

Abstract

Статтю присвячено обґрунтуванню методичного інструментарію функціонування механізму державного регулювання соціально-трудових відносин у підвищенні якості життя населення. У процесі дослідження обґрунтовано роль держави у регулюванні соціально-трудових відносин. Досліджено та охарактеризовано основні методи механізму державного регулювання соціально-трудових відносин. Наведено класифікацію інститутів соціально-трудових відносин як складової частини механізму державного регулювання. Охарактеризовано склад та представлено класифікацію інструментів регулювання соціально-трудових відносин, які можуть застосовуватися в ході реалізації механізму. Обґрунтовано розподіл методичного інструментарію та функціонального призначення механізму державного регулювання соціально-трудових відносин за рівнями втілення.

The development of country's social-labor spheres and social-labor relations is one of the main conditions for increasing efficiency the use of available human capital and human capacity building, and, therefore, one of the most important factors for stable socio-economic development. As the functioning and development of social-labor relations are institutionalized, they imply the creation of institutions as stable norms, rules, procedures and organizational mechanisms governing the interaction of employees, employers and the state in social-labor sphere, so they need state regulation. It is from the construction of social-labor relations state regulation mechanism that both their current functioning and the vectors of further development depend. In this context, it is of particular importance to develop an effective social-labor relations state regulation mechanism in improving the quality of living population on the basis of in-depth substantiation of regulatory processes and methods at the current stage of economic development. So, the purpose of this study is to substantiate methodological outfits of social-labor relations state regulation mechanism functioning in improving the quality of living population. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research was the scientific provisions and conclusions on social-labor relations state regulation mechanism structure, state regulation role, methods and outfits in social-labor relations. In the course of research were substantiated the role of the state social-labor relations regulation. Investigated and characterized basic methods of social-labor relations state regulation mechanism. It is shown the classification of social-labor relations institutions as a component of state regulation mechanism. Characterized the structure and classification of social-labor relations regulation outfits, can be applied during the implementation of the mechanism. Substantiated the dealing of methodical outfits and functional purpose of the social-labor relations state regulation mechanism by the levels of its implementation. Key words:
