| Abstract: | Статтю присвячено питанню особливостей кримінологічної детермінації злочинів, пов’язаних із поширенням
ВІЛ-інфекції та венеричних хвороб. Визначено найбільш типові криміногенні явища і процеси, що обумовлюють ці
злочини. Окрему увагу приділено поведінці потерпілого як одного з основних чинників злочинів цього виду.
Ключові слова: детермінанти, зараження, потерпілий, ВІЛ-інфекція, венеричні хвороби. The article is devoted to the determination of criminological characteristics of crimes related to the spread of HIV and venereal diseases. The most typical criminogenic phenomena and processes that lead to these crimes have been defined. The behavior of the victim as one of the main factors of this type of crime has been distinguished.
