Дослідження чинників впливу на ефективність управління операційною діяльністю підприємств машинобудування

Abstract

Визначено, що ефективність управління операційною діяльністю для підприємств машинобудування свідчить про результативність функціонування, раціональність використання ресурсів, витрачання коштів. Проте на результативність операційної діяльності підприємств постійно впливають чинники ринкового середовища, які можуть спричинити прийняття необґрунтованих рішень, надмірне витрачання коштів та втрату конкурентних переваг, погіршення показників діяльності. Проаналізовано підходи вчених до виділення чинників впливу на ефективність управління операційною діяльністю підприємств. Визначено чинники зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища, що впливають на операційну діяльність підприємств машинобудування. Запропоновано шляхи подолання впливу чинників на ефективність управління операційною діяльністю, а саме: виділення коштів на поліпшення операційної діяльності; аналізування конкурентів, дослідження ринку; впровадження сучасного обладнання; проведення рекламної діяльності; пошук більш якісної сировини; створення сприятливих умов праці; мотивація працівників; модернізація виробничого процесу; розширення асортименту продукції; впровадження нових технологій та підходів до управління. З’ясовано, що врахування впливу чинників під час здійснення управління операційною діяльністю дасть змогу своєчасно реагувати на них, підвищувати результативність функціонування, прибутковість підприємств машинобудування.

It is determined that the efficiency of operational activity management for machine-building enterprises indicates the efficiency of operation, rational use of resources, spending of money. However, the effectiveness of the operating activities of enterprises is constantly influenced by factors of the market environment, which can lead to unreasonable decisions, excessive spending of funds and loss of competitive advantages, deterioration of performance indicators. The article analyzes the approaches of scientists to the selection of factors of influence on the efficiency of managing the operational activity of enterprises. The factors of the external and internal environment influencing the operational activity of machine-building enterprises are determined. The environmental factors include: economic (tax burden, population welfare, inflation, crediting); political (political situation, laws governing the activity of enterprises); scientific and technical (new technologies, modern equipment, software); social (purchasing advantages, education); company environment (competitors, consumers, suppliers, intermediaries); environmental (environmental pollution). Among the factors of the internal environment that affect the management of operating activities are: quality of customer service; brand and image; production capabilities of the equipment; financial support; effectiveness of marketing department; logistics; innovation in management; use of modern equipment; staff efficiency; organization of work; product range; price policy for products; production organization; information support; interaction of units. The ways of overcoming the influence of factors on the efficiency of operating activity management are suggested, namely: allocation of funds for improvement of operational activity; competitor analysis, market research; introduction of modern equipment; carrying out of advertising activity; search for better raw materials; creation of favorable working conditions; motivation of employees; modernization of the production process; expansion of product range; introduction of various discounts; introduction of new technologies and approaches to management; establishing relationships with suppliers. It is found that taking into account the influence of factors in the management of operational activities will allow timely response to them, increase the efficiency of operation, profitability of engineering enterprises.
