Трансформація освіти в контексті забезпечення сталого розвитку та євроінтеграції

Abstract

У статті досліджено проблеми розвитку освіти в умовах демографічної кризи, інтенсифікації процесів євроінтеграції та глобалізації. Розкрито роль освітньої сфери у забезпеченні сталого соціально-економічного розвитку. Узагальнено наукові підходи до трактування якості освіти, окреслено перелік її складових частин. На основі проведеного аналізу зроблено висновки про необхідність активізації інноваційних технологій у навчальній діяльності задля досягнення високої якості освіти та підготовки конкурентоспроможних фахівців. Визначено загрози деформацій у забезпеченні сталого соціально-економічного та освітнього розвитку. Визначено вплив негативних факторів на цей процес. Запропоновано заходи подолання негативного впливу останніх. Обґрунтовано важливість та необхідність посилення ролі трансформованої освіти у забезпеченні сталого розвитку та євроінтеграції, а також дотримання принципів безперервності, субсидіарності, готовності, взаємодії, комунікації, інтеграції, спрямованості та передбачуваності.

The article studies the role of education as a leading factor in ensuring the country’s socio-economic development on the principles of sustainable development, which is especially relevant in the current conditions of the demographic crisis, the intensification of the processes of European integration and globalization. The theoretical and methodological prerequisites for the growth of education requirements in the conditions of economic development on an innovative basis, the formation of the economy and knowledge society are highlighted. The scientific approaches to the interpretation of the quality of education are generalized and a list of its components is outlined. It is emphasized that high-quality education contributes not only to sustainable, but also dynamic growth of the country with significant social and economic effects. The review and understanding of the main approaches that ensure the quality of education. Based on the analysis, conclusions are drawn about the need to enhance innovative technologies in educational activities in order to achieve high quality education and the training of competitive specialists. The threats that can cause deformations in ensuring sustainable socio-economic and educational development are identified. Based on the analysis of the system of indicators for the development of education in Ukraine, factors that are threatening in order to achieve European standards for the quality of education are identified. The experience of European countries in financing education, an important factor in achieving high quality indicators in educational activities, is evaluated. It is noted that in order to achieve high-quality indicators in the activities of education, it is necessary to reform it in the direction of turning it into an instrument for implementing a strategy for integrated socio-economic development. It is concluded that it is necessary to intensify innovative technologies in educational activities in order to improve the training of competitive specialists who can ensure sustainable development in Ukraine. In the article suggestions were made to improve the financial support of transformation processes in the educational sphere by introducing market mechanisms, ensuring the quality of educational services, and increasing the effectiveness of educational institutions. It is emphasized that in the process of education transformation in the context of ensuring sustainable development and European integration, it is important to observe the following principles: predictability, continuity, subsidiarity, willingness, interaction, communication, integration and the like. The necessity of enhancing the modernization of education, an important factor in ensuring sustainable socio-economic development and the entry of the Ukrainian educational sphere into a single European educational space, is substantiated.
