Прийняття обґрунтованих управлінських рішень на підставі економічного аналізу господарської діяльності підприємств

Abstract

У статті досліджено значення ролі економічного аналізу в системі управління підприємствами. Розглянуто сучасні наукові підходи до необхідності використання економічного аналізу та його важливість у сфері управління підприємствами. Зазначено особливості прийняття обґрунтованих управлінських рішень на базі глибоких аналітичних досліджень. Запропоновано структурно-логічну схему проведення економічного аналізу під час вироблення управлінських рішень. З огляду на новий економічний курс країни та необхідність прилаштування до світових стандартів визначено за необхідне дослідження різних підходів світової економічної спільноти у сфері використання економічного аналізу до підвищення економічної ефективності підприємств. Оскільки будь-яке управлінське рішення потребує відповідного обґрунтування, то саме результати аналізу діяльності підприємств здатні виявити недоліки та кількісно оцінити їх вплив на результати діяльності підприємства.

The article explores the importance of the role of economic analysis in the enterprise management system. Taking into account the new economic course of the country, an urgent need has ripened to bring about cardinal changes in the sphere of the enterprise management system. This is due to those conditions that the stabilization of the economic situation in the country as a whole has a direct relationship with the activities of individual industries and their enterprises. And the conditions for the activities of enterprises stipulate that development can only be based on intensive factors. Accordingly, this involves the improvement of the management system based on an in-depth and informed analysis of their activities. Modern scientific approaches to the need to use economic analysis and its importance in the field of enterprise management are considered. The features of making informed management decisions based on in-depth analytical studies are indicated. The adoption of any managerial decision must be justified, and such a justification can only be obtained on the basis of the results of an economic analysis of enterprises. In this regard, a structural-logical scheme of conducting economic analysis in the development of managerial decisions is proposed. Taking into account the new economic course of the country and the need to equate production lines with international standards, it is necessary to study the various approaches of the world economic community in the field of using economic analysis to increase the economic efficiency of enterprises. Since any management decision requires appropriate justification, it is the results of the analysis of enterprises that are able to identify shortcomings and quantify their impact on the results of the enterprise, and the identification and attraction of unused reserves will make it possible to increase the economic efficiency of their activities. Accordingly, an economic analysis of the activities of enterprises becomes practical, and its results serve as the basis for the development of both the strategic development of enterprises and the development of current business plans.
