Академічна мобільність студентів в умовах розвитку освітніх інтеграційних процесів

Abstract

У статті розкрито сутність академічної мобільності українських студентів; визначено, що запровадження стратегій розвитку міжнародної мобільності нині є одним з пріоритетних завдань національної політики провідних країн світу. Здійснено аналіз сучасного стану академічної мобільності в Україні в умовах впливу процесів інтернаціоналізації та поглиблення інтеграції освітніх процесів. Наведено статистичні дані про стан академічної мобільності студентів в Україні, зокрема досліджено динаміку чисельності українських студентів за кордоном у різних країнах світу, іноземних студентів в Україні та кількості вітчизняних закладів вищої освіти, які здійснюють навчання іноземних студентів у 2011–2018 роках. Визначено, що на отримання освітніх послуг і здобуття вищої освіти в Україні існує високий рівень попиту з боку іноземних абітурієнтів. Розглянуто фактори, які спричиняють освітню міграцію.

Development of educational integration and transparency of educational system caused to the increase of academic mobility of students, cooperation between teachers and universities from different countries of the world. Academic mobility for all participants of educational process under modern conditions is an important part of internalization. In the paper modern situation of academic mobility of students in Ukraine under the conditions of educational integration is analyzed. The main point of academic mobility of Ukrainian students is revealed. It is defined that implementation of development strategy of international mobility is one of the higher-priority tasks for the national policy in the world’s major economies. It is studied that academic mobility in Ukraine has impulsive and individual nature whereas in the world this phenomenon has system nature and organized on the state level. The authors analyzed modern situation of academic mobility in Ukraine, influenced by internationalization and development of educational integration. Statistics shows the condition of academic mobility of students in Ukraine. Particularly, in the paper the dynamics of the number of: Ukrainian students abroad, foreign students in Ukraine and national higher education institutions, provided education for the foreign students in 2011–2018, was studied. The factors, caused educational migration both national, and foreign students, were defined in the result of conducted detailed analyses of dynamics and structure of foreign students in Ukraine and Ukrainian students abroad, and labor market research. It is proved that last time students from Ukraine are vitally important for Poland, where they are 55% from total number of foreign students. Most students from Ukraine pay for education and accommodation on their own. And that are important investments for Poland, compensating population decrease and leaving of Polish youth to study in the higher education institutions in different countries of the EU. Similar situation is in Slovakia and Bulgaria, where the number of Ukrainian students in 2018/19 academic year was 30% and 20%. Authors of the paper defined that there is high demand from the foreign candidates to be trained and educated in Ukraine. The most popular specialties among foreign students are medicine, management, law, economics and building industry. Key words:
