Інноваційний розвиток як основа фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємств портової діяльності

Abstract

У статті запропоновано науковий підхід до визначення інноваційного розвитку як основи фінансово-економічної безпеки (ФЕБ) підприємств портової діяльності (ППД). Доведено взаємозв’язок між фінансово-економічною безпекою та інноваційним розвитком підприємств портової діяльності. Визначено дію чинників, що стримують інноваційний розвиток та загрожують ФЕБ безпеці українських ППД. Згідно з положеннями Закону України «Про морські порти України» сучасним підприємством портової діяльності є суб’єкт господарювання, який виробляє портову продукцію, виконує портові роботи і (або) надає портові послуги. До підприємств портової діяльності слід відносити морські торговельні порти в традиційному вигляді, стивідорні та термінальні компанії тощо. Необхідність вивчення інноваційних заходів, яких вживається в діяльність світових лідерів морської транспортної інфраструктури, є невід’ємною умовою розроблення загальної системи управління підприємствами портової діяльності України.

The paper proposes a scientific approach to the definition of innovative development as the basis of financial and economic security (FEB) of port enterprises (PDD). The relationship between financial and economic security and innovative development of port enterprises has been proved. The factors that impede innovative development and threaten the FEB to the security of Ukrainian PPPs have been identified. According to the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Seaports of Ukraine”, a modern enterprise of port activity is an entity that produces port products, performs port operations and (or) provides port services. Port business enterprises should include traditional commercial seaports, stevedoring and terminal companies and the like. Today, the management of enterprise innovation development is no longer a single act of innovation, but a purposeful system of measures for the generation and development of ideas, the implementation and development of innovation, commercialization of innovation. The problem of innovative development as a basis for the formation of the state of financial and economic security of PPD is in the plane of scientific research and in the space of increased attention of domestic and foreign scientists. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the essence of innovative development and to determine its role in ensuring the financial and economic security of port enterprises. The research proposed to increase the use of innovative potential of the PDD should be determined by the indicator that characterizes the innovation activity and the level of informatization of enterprises, since this part of the cost is directed to the development of new technologies of cargo overload, automation of the process of cargo processing, as well as to increase the level of informatization management to facilitate activities. It is proved that for the further development of this issue it is necessary to introduce the latest technologies and information support of transportation, in particular by creating a unified information system of technological interaction of different types of transport (railway, water, automobile, and aviation), cargo owners, freight forwarders and state control bodies at transport and at points pass.
