Сучасні підходи до аналізу соціальної напруженості

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано сучасні підходи до визначення поняття «соціальна напруженість», надано власне визначення. Доведено необхідність комплексного вирішення проблем підвищення якості життя населення та зниження соціальної напруженості. Дослідження явища соціальної напруженості та розроблення механізмів її регулювання є досить актуальними, тому що вона включає все різноманіття виникаючих у суспільстві протиріч. Її значущість зумовлена тим, що вона характеризує внутрішній стан і взаємовідносини індивідів, соціальних груп, специфіку їх ставлення до діяльності органів влади, особливо в періоди трансформаційних змін суспільства. Обґрунтовано, що специфічні умови розвитку економіки України сьогодні вимагають нового інструментарію дослідження соціальної напруженості. Це є можливим за використання сучасних засобів економіко-математичного моделювання, які дають можливість не тільки оцінити рівень соціальної напруженості, передбачити динаміку зміни, але й вжити своєчасних превентивних заходів щодо її зниження.

The above analysis of the definition of the concept of social tension in the work makes it possible to claim that a definitive statement does not exist to date. Some scholars believe that the phenomenon of social tension arises from the personal contradictions of individuals (at the level of society), while others due to conflicts that have arisen at the level of social groups, organizations and enterprises. For Ukraine, which is currently undergoing major transformational transformations, it is of great importance to analyze the situations that reflect the negative perception of the society of the reforms. These situations lead to a significant increase in social tensions and the formation of various crises, both in individual regions and in the country as a whole, and create prerequisites for slowdown in economic development. The authors substantiate that the specific conditions of development of the Ukrainian economy now require a new toolkit for the research of social tensions. This is possible when using modern tools of economic and mathematical modeling, which make it possible not only to assess the level of social tension, to predict the dynamics of change, but to implement timely preventive measures to reduce it.
