Політика Української Центральної Ради щодо Холмщини і Підляшшя при визначенні кордонів України (1917-1918 рр.)

Abstract

У статті досліджується політика Української Центральної Ради стосовно земель Холмщини і Підляшшя при визначенні та формуванні території України, її західного кордону. Автор аналізує правові акти та історичні події, що пов’язані з вирішенням цього питання. Звертається увага, що УЦР було допущено правову невизначеність щодо територіальної приналежності цих українських земель до України. Ключові слова: Холмщина, Підляшшя, кордони України, територія України, територія УНР, політика УЦР з формування території.

The article considers the politics of Ukrainian Central Rada in relation of the role of the land Holmzhina and Рidliashia at determination and forming of territory and Western border of Ukraine. The author analyzes legal acts and the historic events that relate to address this issue. Attention is noticed that the UCR were allowed legal uncertainty concerning the territorial belonging of these lands to Ukraine.
