Розвиток підприємств легкої промисловості через призму інтегрованості

Abstract

Метою статті є визначення основних тенденцій розвитку підприємств легкої промисловості України в контексті інтегрованості. Встановлено, що в Україні залишилась невелика кількість текстильних компаній. Виробництво тканин протягом останніх років зазнало значних коливань. При цьому українське виробництво одягу та взуття має потенціал до розширення за умови інтегрованості внутрішнього бізнес-потенціалу. Сформовано експрес-варіант SWOT-аналізу розвитку легкої промисловості України. Виокремлено орієнтири інтегрованості підприємств у контексті залучення постачальників тканин поза територією України для вітчизняних компаній. Запропоновано критерії ефективності функціонування інтегрованого промислового комплексу легкої промисловості. Визначено три рівні інтегрованості розвитку підприємств.

Modern conditions of economic development put tasks for light industry enterprises to implement an integrated business model, which creates new functional capabilities that meet the needs of all stakeholders. Therefore the purpose of the article is definition of the basic tendencies of Ukrainian light industry enterprises development in a context of the integration. In Ukraine there is a small quantity of the textile enterprises. The companies which produce woolen and worsted fabrics work at full capacity. The considerable part of woolen production is used not for consumer goods, but for military and other forms. The production of woolen fabrics has undergone significant fluctuations in recent years. Despite the decline in sales volumes in 2019, Ukrainian clothes and footwear production has potential for expansion, provided that the domestic business potential is integrated. The express version of SWOT-analysis of Ukrainian light industry development was formed in order to determine the current situation, threats and opportunities for domestic companies. The benchmarks for the integration of enterprises in the context of attracting suppliers of fabrics outside the territory of Ukraine were identified. The criteria of efficiency of functioning of the integrated industrial complex of light industry were offered. Three levels of integrated development of enterprises were defined: internal integration of own business processes, formation of integrated complex at the state level and with foreign business partners in order to expand sales markets and strengthen competitive positions. The integrated development provides for an increase in the share of finished products by production facilities and minimization of its cost. Efficient implementation of integrated development is expected to be focused on increasing resource efficiency at enterprises. It was established that the integration of resources, business processes and innovative cooperation of light industry companies would contribute to the formation of new key competencies and competitive advantages, the development of all participants in this process and increase the efficiency of their activities.
