Аналіз тенденцій і закономірностей фінансової безпеки світогосподарського розвитку

Abstract

У статті досліджено інтегральну сукупність фінансової безпеки світового господарства, визначено глобальні тенденції та закономірності її розвитку, розуміння сильних і слабких сторін, можливостей, ризиків та загроз для фінансової безпеки національних економік країн, які містять їх інтеграція до світового господарства та глобалізація. Визначено основні фінансово-безпекові фактори, які чинять вплив на показники функціонування світового господарства та параметри глобалізації економіки. Отримані результати дослідження спрямовані на вдосконалення засад управління фінансовою безпекою національних економік країн та забезпечення її високого порогового рівня з урахуванням тенденцій і закономірностей розвитку світового господарства та його триваючої глобалізації.

The world economy began to acquire a new quality and the most important form and at the same time a new stage in the internationalization of economic life which is globalization. This phenomenon is a growing economic interdependence of countries around the world as a result of the growing volume and diversity of international agreements with goods, services and global capital flows, as well as due to the increasingly rapid and widespread diffusion of technology. Thus, globalization is a process of movement to the world economic, financial, information and humanitarian space, which leads to overcoming state barriers to the movement of information, capital, goods, services and the growing role of supranational institutions of economic regulation. However, due to the inequality of economic growth in the world, as well as lagging and sometimes lack of rules and principles of functioning and regulation of the world economy, the establishment of international economic relations between all its actors occurs in mismatch of financial depth of the world economy and finance in the absence of effective international regulatory institutions. In addition, such uneven growth in the world’s economies and levels of development can pose additional risks and threats to their economic and financial independence and stability. The purpose of the article is to study the world economy and identify trends and patterns of its development to understand the different sides, possibilities and threats posed to the financial security of the country integration into the world economy. The tendencies and regularities of the world economy development are substantiated; the main factors that have had and continue to have an impact on the world economy are identified. The scientific novelty is to determine the main trends and patterns of development of the world economy, the main factors that have had and continue to affect the world economy, financial indicators of the world economy and globalization. The results of the study are aimed at improving the principles of financial security management of the countries and ensuring its high level, taking into account trends and patterns of development of the world economy and its ongoing globalization.
