Залучення інвестицій від міжнародних фінансових інститутів

Abstract

У статті відзначено, що діяльність глобальних фінансових інститутів (ГФІ) в межах стимулювання й забезпечення довгострокового стабільного розвитку економічних систем країн, що розвиваються, зокрема України, є малоефективною та потребує вдосконалення. В таких умовах важливим є формулювання комплексу конкурентних переваг та потенційних загроз, що має співпраця України з ГФІ. Констатовано, що залучення фінансової допомоги в Україну від ГФІ має недостатній вплив на валовий внутрішній продукт країни, експорт, інвестиції, імпорт та розвиток промисловості, оскільки один критерій з трьох виконано. Зроблено висновок, що перевірка значимості факторів впливу за допомогою економіко-математичного моделювання дала змогу залишити у підсумковій моделі надходження фінансової допомоги від глобальних фінансових інститутів в Україну тільки вісім з дев’ятнадцяти факторів.

It has been stated that the operation of global financial institutes (GFI) is low effective and requires improvement within stimulating and securing long-term stable development of the country’s economic systems that are developing, including Ukrainian ones. Under such conditions, it is important to formulate a set of competitive advantages and potential threats that the cooperation of Ukraine and GFI has. It has been observed that financial assistance involvement from GFI to Ukraine has a negative impact on gross domestic product of the country, export, investments, import, and industry development because one criterion of three is fulfilled. It has been marked that financial assistance involvement in Ukraine from global financial institutions does not have an impact on both foreign investment inflow to the country and the development of the agricultural sector. The situation described is critical and requires actions in terms of post-crisis development of the state’s economic system. Besides, it proves conclusions drawn earlier that the cooperation of Ukraine and GFI is critically low. Taking into account the problems identified above, the country needs the development of the organizational and institutional mechanisms of administrative management system optimization through loans from international donors and a set of measures for efficiency increase of their cooperation at macro-, meso-, and micro-levels of Ukrainian economic system operation. Particular attention in ensuring strategic development of an enterprise should be paid to system management and its significant impact on the functioning of business entities under uncertainty and risk. The conclusion is drawn that checking of impact factors importance with the help of economic and mathematic modeling enabled to keep only eight of nine factors in the final model of financial assistance receipts from global financial institutes to Ukraine. In addition, there is no impact on the volume of credit funds from GFI to Ukraine, corruption level, and the development of the county’s economic system and its components, including small and medium-sized enterprises. It decreases the effectiveness of such financial assistance for the country and proves the conclusions drawn earlier.
