Інновації як основа соціально-економічного розвитку країн світу

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано теоретико-методологічні засади інновацій та визначено вплив інновацій на соціально-економічний розвиток суспільства. Проаналізовано стан і тенденції інноваційного розвитку країн світу та України. Виявлено основні сфери інноваційного розвитку країн – інноваційних лідерів, проаналізовано економічні та інституційні умови, які створено у цих країнах для розвитку інновацій. Визначено основні проблеми і чинники, які обмежують реалізацію інновацій в Україні. Обґрунтовано основні інструменти активізації інноваційного розвитку вітчизняної економіки. Доведено необхідність системного вирішення зазначеної проблеми і реалізації державою політики, спрямованої на стимулювання інноваційної активності підприємств та спільної реалізації інноваційних проектів державою і бізнесом.

One of the pressing problems of the current stage of economic development is the construction of a society in which there are favorable conditions for the creation and implementation of innovations. The solution to this problem requires a scientific analysis of the state and prospects for the development of innovative activity in the countries of the world, as well as a justification of the impact of innovation on the economic and social development of society. The aim of the article is to analyze the trends of innovation in the countries of the world, identify factors and justify the main directions of stimulating innovative development in Ukraine. The article substantiates the theoretical and methodological foundations of innovation and determines the impact of innovation on the socio-economic development of society. The analysis of the state and trends of innovative development of the countries of the world and Ukraine. The main areas of innovative development of countries - innovative leaders are identified, the economic and institutional conditions created in these countries for the development of innovations are analyzed. The main problems and factors limiting the implementation of innovations in Ukraine are identified. The main levers of activating the innovative development of the domestic economy are substantiated. The necessity of a systematic solution to this problem and the implementation of the state policy aimed at stimulating the innovative activity of enterprises and the joint implementation of innovative projects by the state and the business sector is proved. The tools for the effective implementation of innovations in Ukraine can be: the organization of joint innovation projects of the state and the private sector in the production of high-tech goods and services, the joint construction of high-tech infrastructure; cooperation of scientists and enterprises in order to transfer scientific discoveries and technologies; accelerated training of highly qualified specialists for the development of new types of economic activity; increased budget expenditures on education and science; government support for investment in innovation.
