Ендогенні чинники диференціації експортної активності українських підприємств

Abstract

У статті представлено результати дослідження експортної активності українських підприємств за показниками її екстенсивності та інтенсивності, визначено особливості експортної діяльності підприємств промисловості за цими показниками, визначено зв’язок між експортною активністю та характеристиками гетерогенності підприємств за видами економічної діяльності. З використанням підходів нової теорії міжнародної торгівлі за даними офіційної статистики розраховано узагальнюючі показники експортної активності та продуктивності праці підприємств за видами діяльності. Побудовано матрицю для оцінювання співвідношення продуктивності праці та експортної активності підприємств за видами діяльності, виокремлено розподіл чотирьох груп видів діяльності, в яких експортна активність підприємств характеризується різним рівнем та внаслідок специфіки ендогенних факторів, які впливають на показник продуктивності праці зайнятих на підприємствах цих видів діяльності.

The article presents the results of an empirical study of export activities of domestic enterprises by type of economic activity based on the official statistics. Approaches of the “new trade theory” were used to substantiate research results in particular the dependence of exports on the firm’s productivity. Indicators of export activity extensiveness of enterprises by types of activity are calculated, which reflect the scale of involvement in the dynamics, the degree of concentration of export activity and allow to assess the economic response to changes in the international trade environment during the study period. Peculiarities of the processes of involvement of enterprises by certain types of activity, which demonstrated indicators higher than the general ones in the economy – industry and wholesale trade, are singled out. Indicators of export of goods by industrial enterprises are calculated to assess the impact of export activity on the efficiency of their production. Peculiarities of dynamics of separate components of export goods expenses for an estimation of changes in the international trade environment of the domestic enterprises and an estimation of a parity of endogenous and exogenous factors are defined. Indicators of export intensity to goods and services by enterprises by types of activity are calculated to assess the concentration of exports, its dynamics, to identify the most active participants and to assess endogenous and exogenous factors that determine it. The impact of such endogenous factor as technology of goods production on the export activity of industrial enterprises by type of activity is estimated. Based on official statistics, the generalized indicators of export activity and labor productivity of enterprises by type of activity are calculated. The matrix is constructed to assess the ratio of labor productivity and export activity of enterprises by type of activity, the distribution of four groups of activities in which the export activity of enterprises is characterized by different levels and due to the specifics of endogenous factors affecting labor productivity in enterprises of these activities.
