Сучасні тенденції та перспективи розвитку «зеленої» енергетики в Карпатському регіоні

Abstract

У статті досліджено нормативно-правові акти міжнародного та національного рівня щодо впровадження альтернативних джерел енергії та розглянуто перспективи розвитку “зеленої” енергетики в Карпатському регіоні. Проаналізовано структуру встановлених потужностей енергетичної системи країни, визначено частки генерації електроенергії з традиційних та нетрадиційних джерел енергії. Наголошено на сучасних тенденціях щодо збільшення генерації електроенергії з альтернативних джерел енергії загалом і з сонячних електростанцій зокрема. Відзначено зацікавленість інвесторів у запроваджені нових потужностей відновлюваних джерел енергії, що має спонукати до розвитку енергетичної системи України загалом. Наголошено, що у разі використання зношених, морально та технічно застарілих мереж та недостатньої потужності для балансування між виробництвом та споживанням електроенергії в енергетичній системі може виникнути загроза енергетичній безпеці України.

The article examines international and national regulatory acts on the introduction of alternative energy sources and explores the prospects for green energy development in the Carpathian region, taking into account current trends in the development of this sector of the economy. Conservation, protection and sustainable use of natural resources of the Carpathian region is not possible without regional and cross-border cooperation of several states at all levels of government in order to achieve ecological and economic balance and integrity. The structure of the installed capacity of the grid of Ukraine is considered, the shares of electricity generation from traditional and non-traditional sources of energy are determined. The current model of energy consumption in Ukraine is based on the use of fossil fuels, which has a negative impact on the environment. Energy production methods require further development through the introduction of alternative energy sources. Emphasis is placed on current trends in increasing electricity generation from alternative energy sources in general and from solar power plants in particular. The interest of investors in the introduction of new capacity of renewable energy sources is noted, which should encourage the development of the energy system of Ukraine as a whole. It is emphasized that the use of worn-out, morally and technically outdated networks and insufficient power to balance the production and consumption of electricity in the energy system could threaten Ukraine's energy security. There is considerable interest from international investors in the implementation of renewable energy projects, which imposes certain obligations on their implementation. In Ukraine, there is a compensation tool that provides for the state guaranteeing the purchase of electricity produced from alternative energy sources at times more expensive than the energy received from traditional energy sources. This, in turn, encourages attraction to this area of investment and facilitates the industrial introduction of energy generation from alternative sources. The need to switch from traditional to renewable energy sources is becoming more and more urgent each year, in particular to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and counteract climate change. Non-traditional and renewable energy sources have recently become one of the important criteria for the sustainable development of the global community.
