Громадянське суспільство як засіб протидії зловживанню державною владою

Abstract

Стаття присвячена проблемі взаємодії громадянського суспільства та державної влади. У даному дослідженні громадянське суспільство розглядається як система дієвих, відокремлених від держави, але взаємодіючих з нею інститутів, що становить єдність трьох інституційних систем. Автор акцентує увагу на механізмі протидії зловживанням в системі влади і управління з боку громадянського суспільства. Ключові слова: влада, громадянське суспільство, інститут, механізм, протидія.

The article is sanctified to the problem of cooperation of civil society and state power. In this study, civil society is seen as a system of effective, separated from the state, but interacting with him, institutions, representing the unity of the three institutional systems. The mechanism of fighting abuses in the system of power and control on the part of civil society was focused the author`s.
