Технологія блокчейн як основа стратегії Індустрії 4.0

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано потенціал застосування технології блокчейн в Індустрії 4.0. Розглянуто специфічні особливості Індустрії 4.0, що необхідні для покращення взаємодії між суб’єктами. Виявлено та описано проблеми, що виникають під час використання технології блокчейн як основи Індустрії 4.0. У статті перераховано та проаналізовано переваги впровадження технології блокчейн у програми Індустрії 4.0, притаманні всім галузям. Здійснено огляд вертикального з’єднання інтелектуальних виробничих систем, що у процесі діяльності беруть участь у ланцюгу створеної вартості та горизонтальної інтеграції суб’єктів діяльності, які під час взаємодії виконують економічні або прості транзакції даних. З огляду на реальні потреби, вирішення яких є актуальним, наведено та описано варіанти використання технології блокчейн в Індустрії 4.0. Розглянуто можливість відстеження товарів виробництва по всьому ланцюгу поставок. Виявлено можливості, які отримає учасник завдяки відстеженню товарів та впровадженню Промислового Інтернету Речей (ІІоТ) як джерела даних. Розглянуто функціональну сумісність і незалежність промислових даних. Проаналізовано надійність IIoT, в основу якого буде закладено децентралізовану структуру технології блокчейн.

The article analyzes the potential application of the blockchain technology in Industry 4.0. The specific features of Industry 4.0 are considered. Among the specific features, special attention is paid to the decentralization, because in a centralized system there is often no trust between the entities, the creation of public transaction logs based on trust and transparency, using of P2P communications to exchange data between the entities and the reliability of the distributed system. The problems that arise using the blockchain technology as the basis of Industry 4.0 are identified and described. The most serious problems are scalability, because cloud structures must withstand the significant traffic, cryptosystems for devices with limited resources, data confidentiality, data security, energy efficiency of protocols and computational complex cryptographic algorithms, bandwidth of the blockchain, interoperability and latency standards. This article is lists and analyzes the benefits of implementing of the blockchain technology in Industry 4.0 programs inherent for all industries. An overview of the vertical connection of the intelligent production systems, which is in the process of activity participate in the value chain and horizontal integration of the business entities, which when interacting with each other perform economic or simple data transactions. Based on the real needs, the solution of which is relevant today, the options for using the blockchain technology in Industry 4.0 are given and described. The possibility of tracking the goods of production throughout the supply chain is considered. The opportunities that the participant will receive due to product tracking and the introduction of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) as a data source have been identified. Interoperability and independence of the industrial data are considered. The reliability of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) is analyzed, which will be based on a decentralized structure of blockchain technology. The result of IIoT functioning, if we retain the centralized structure, which is the basis of IIoT, is given.
