Оцінка тенденцій розвитку сфери рекреації та туризму через призму кластерного підходу

Abstract

Метою роботи є об’єктивна конкретизація тенденцій і тенденційності щодо розвитку сфери туризму і рекреації та розроблення обґрунтованих пропозицій щодо забезпечення її кластерного розвитку. При цьому завданнями дослідження є аналіз тенденцій розвитку суб’єктів, що безпосередньо забезпечують туристичний сервіс (а саме суб’єктів рекреаційного господарства, таких як лікувально-оздоровчі установи, оздоровчі), суб’єктів туризму та інших, транспортних компаній та приватних перевізників. Модель дослідження заснована на використані елементів апарату технічного аналізу, у тому числі геометричного відображення середніх значень аналізованих показників, отримане із використанням певної математичної функції. Основні результати наукової роботи полягають у визначенні державно-приватного партнерства як дієвого механізму активізації розвитку сфери туризму і рекреації з боку державних органів влади.

The goal of the effort is by being specific trends and bias development of tourism and recreation and development sound advice, to ensure clustering development. The primary challenges in the research are to examine development trends of actors, that directly provide touristic activities, namely, recreation actors (such as health facility, healthcare establishments), tourism and other actors, transport companies and private carriers. This research model is based on the element of the technical analysis, including geometric display mean values of monitoring figures obtained through a certain mathematical function. A scientific approach lies in exploring developments and trends of developing a national tourism and recreation. It practicably conducted by the status of Tourist and recreational complex, which directly shape recreational and tourist product and tourist attraction. Based on current trends, it can be concluded that Revenue from the provision of services clustered tourism and recreation actors higher than that of single (non-clustered). The difference was due to long-standing clustered management practices, tourism and recreation actors on macro- end mesolevel (by both State, regional governments) and micro-level (by entities tourism and recreation), which in Ukraine only for the establishment phase of development. A key output from scientific work ascertained the nature of publicprivate partnerships (as a powerful tool enhances the development this sphere by public authorities). For businesses the desirability establishment of an integrated tourism and recreation. The practical value of this study – the possibility of using results obtained in shaping the theoretical frameworks, management of tourism and recreation enterprise under the cluster.
