| Abstract: | В статті розглядаються питання вдосконалення підготовки фахівців до роботи в дошкільних навчальних закладах, формування у них готовності до полікультурного виховання в умовах дошкільного закладу. Проаналізовано поняття «готовність», визначено рівні готовності фахівців до виховання культури міжнаціонального спілкування. This article deals with the problem of multicultural training of the preschool educational institutions’ peda-gogical workers. The importance of their readiness for the development of multicultural communication is under-lined. The content of the term «readiness» is discussed and the levels of readiness for the development of multi-cultural communication are presented. |
