Конституційно-правові засади механізму реалізації політичної функції Української держави

Abstract

В статті зроблена спроба авторської розробки конституційно-правових засад механізму реалізації політичної функції Української держави. Обґрунтовано розмежування понять «механізм реалізації функцій держави» з поняттями «форми реалізації (здійснення) функцій держави», «методи реалізації функцій держави», «механізм держави». Визначено поняття, структуру та взаємодію елементів механізму реалізації політичної функції Української держави. Ключові слова: політична функція Української держави, механізм реалізації політичної функції Української держави, нормативно-правовий механізм реалізації політичної функції держави, інституціональний механізм реалізації політичної функції держави.

In the article the author’s attempt to develop constitutional and legal basis the mechanism of the political function of the Ukrainian state. Proved the distinction between «mechanism of realization of the function of the state» to the concepts of «form of realization (implementation) of state functions», «methods of realization of state functions», «mechanism of the state». The concept, structure and mechanism of interaction of the elements of the political function of the Ukrainian state are defined. Key words: political function of the Ukrainian state, the mechanism of realization of the political function of the Ukrainian state, the legal mechanism of realization of the political functions of the state, the institutional mechanism of realization of the political functions of the state.
