Шляхи інноваційного розвитку «зеленої» енергетики в Україні

Abstract

У роботі наведені результати діагностики ринку відновлюваної енергетики: сонячної та вітрової енергетики, малих гідроелектростанцій, біопалива і відходів. Визначальними перевагами ВДЕ в умовах нестабільної політичної та економічної ситуації, перманентної енергетичної кризи, загострення проблем забруднення довкілля є наявність їхньої невичерпної ресурсної бази та екологічна чистота. У статті наведені результати аналізу енергетичного балансу України та показники розвитку українського сектору біоенергетики. Визначено, що Україна володіє значним потенціалом відновлюваних джерел енергії для інноваційного розвитку національної «зеленої» енергетики. На основі зарубіжного досвіду визначено, що сучасна біоенергетика за останні роки перетворилася на одну з найпривабливіших галузей для інвестицій та успішно конкурує з традиційними способами отримання електро- і теплоенергії. У роботі визначені перспективи розвитку біоенергетичної індустрії в Україні та запропонований інноваційний проєкт будівництва модульної котельні на альтернативному паливі для комунального підприємства (м. Маріуполь), що відповідає стратегічним напрямам розвитку енергетичної галузі України та сприятиме соціально-економічному розвитку Донецького регіону.

The paper presents the results of diagnostics of the renewable energy market: solar and wind energy, small hydroelectric power plants, biofuels and waste. The defining advantages of RES in the context of an unstable political and economic situation, a permanent energy crisis, and exacerbation of environmental pollution problems are their inexhaustible resource base and environmental friendliness. The article presents the results of the analysis of the energy balance of Ukraine and indicators of the development of the Ukrainian bioenergy sector. It has been determined that Ukraine has significant potential of renewable energy sources for the innovative development of national «green» energy. Based on foreign experience, it has been determined that modern bioenergy has become one of the most attractive sectors for investment in recent years and successfully competes with traditional methods of generating electricity and heat. The work identifies the prospects for the development of the bioenergy industry in Ukraine and proposes an innovative project for the construction of an individual heating unit (IHU) on an alternative fuel with an installed capacity of 2.4 MW for a public utility in Mariupol. This corresponds to the strategic directions of development of the energy sector of Ukraine and will contribute to the economic and social development of the Donetsk region. The construction of modular biofuel boiler houses for public utilities will reduce the tariff for heating and hot water for all categories of consumers, improve the quality of heat supply, since it allows to provide consumers with hot water all year round and makes it possible to consume heat in accordance with actual needs, allows to obtain significant budget savings funds by reducing the consumption of natural gas. In addition, the construction of the IHU allows creating new jobs, primarily for vulnerable segments of the population, veterans of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) and others. The development of renewable energy through the implementation of bioenergy projects will contribute to the innovative development of the domestic energy industry through diversification and depoliticization of energy supplies and will reduce the negative impact on the environment.
