Економічна безпека національної економіки: теоретико-методичні аспекти

Abstract

У статті визначено сутність терміну «глобалізація». Досліджено фундаментальні основи розвитку країни та суспільства. Доведено, що структурування економічної безпеки країни можливо за рахунок поступового виходу з фази глибокого спаду національної економіки. Розглянуто взаємозв’язок процесу глобалізації та економічної безпеки національної економіки. Обґрунтовано значення державного регулювання у макроекономічному середовищі. Визначено основні ознаки стійкого зростання національної економіки. Дано оцінку процесу глобалізації. Перелічено базові факторами виробничої господарської діяльності. Визначено основні фактори зовнішнього і зовнішнього середовища, які впливають на економічну безпеку. Доведено важливість використання застосування комплементарного підходу для опису об’єктів економічної безпеки. Запропоновано концептуальну основу забезпечення економічної безпеки національної економіки в умовах глобалізації.

Urgency of the research. Modern development of the national economy requires permanent and comprehensive research that can ensure the economic security of the country at all its structural and functional levels under the influence of globalization. Among the fundamental basis for the development of the country and society is the improvement of the quality of economic security of the national economy, especially in the conditions of transformation, globalization and crisis phenomena in the macroeconomic space. Sustainable economic security of the country is a consequence of the evolution and transformation of domestic economic systems, productive forces and social relations. The main goal of this article is to analyze theoretical and methodological aspects of economic security of the national economy. Methodology. This study combines a new theoretical and methodological approach to understanding the basis of economic security of the national economy. Findings. Globalization is a process of dialectical interaction of national and global social processes, within which there is a gradual restriction of national features of social relations (and relevant human qualities) and their gradual subordination to the system of global relations, as well as laws and patterns of such interaction. Modern integration processes in the international environment are purposefully powerful and dynamic factors influencing economic security and development of the national economy. In the conditions of permanent transformational conditions and comprehensive strengthening of interdependence in the international investment and innovation space, unstable economic growth of macro indicators, constantly rising cost of energy resources, instability of the international financial system, environmental troubles and social challenges, complicate the national economy. on the economic security of the country. The subject of ensuring the economic security of the country in the context of globalization and transformation is a system of measures of state institutions for supportive, compensatory and regulatory activities aimed at protecting socio-economic interests and creating conditions for dynamic growth, development and efficient functioning of the national economy. Thus, it is necessary to focus more on the diagnosis and study of the direct, primary factors of ensuring the security of the economic environment of the country. One of the most important factors in the security of the country’s economic environment is stable economic growth and development. It must be agreed that the systematic, logical definition and delineation of economic growth and economic development allows the process of formation and understanding of certain processes in ensuring the economic security of the national economy in the context of globalization and transformation. Practical implications. The proposed conceptual framework for ensuring the economic security of the national economy in the context of globalization will provide an opportunity to predict, identify and assess potential threats and negative trends affecting the national economy and promote maximum protection against their impact, will develop and implement measures to prevent and eliminate negative consequences. Value (originality). The concept, in our opinion, is a purposeful system of sound views and phenomena in the macroeconomic space. Therefore, any concept is based on: purpose, objectives, principles, tools, measures, subjects and objects. The main purpose of the concept of the system of economic security of the national economy is to create a methodological basis for the formation of institutional policy for the formation and functioning of the system of regulation and management of economic security of the national economy in the context of globalization.
