Динаміка зміни макроекономічних показників та їх вплив на фінансову систему України

Abstract

У статті досліджено сутність фінансової системи та визначено вплив основних макроекономічних показників, які впливають на фінансову систему України. Обчислено динаміку зміни показників: цін (індексу споживчих цін, індексу заробітної плати), економічної активності (валового внутрішнього продукту), ринку праці (зайнятості та безробіття), державних фінансів (державного та зведеного бюджетів). Досліджені показники носять стохастичний характер, адже не відображають реального стану розвитку фінансової системи України. Це відбувається внаслідок існування часового лагу, який полягає у відставанні у часі зміни значень макроекономічних показників порівняно з процесами, що спостерігаються під час реалізації основних завдань, які покладені на фінансову систему. Також у статті висвітлено основні проблеми розвитку фінансової системи України та негативну динаміку зміни макроекономічних показників. Запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення функціонування фінансової системи за рахунок урахування динаміки зміни розглянутих показників.

The creation of a highly efficient financial system of the country is one of the main conditions for the functioning of its economy. The essence of the financial system and determines the impact of the main macroeconomic indicators affecting the financial system of Ukraine were examined in the article. The dynamics of changes in indicators: prices (consumer price index, wage index), economic activity (gross domestic product), labor market (employment and unemployment), public finance (state and consolidated budgets) were established. It is possible to provide an assessment of production and consumer results, economic growth rates, labor productivity, as well as to form an idea of the general standard of living of the population when determining the dynamics of changes in macroeconomic indicators. The imperfection of the legal framework, socio-political instability, the outflow of foreign investment, the conduct of military operations in the East of the state have led to a deepening of the crisis and an imbalance in the main macroeconomic indicators. Analysis of macroeconomic indicators showed that at the present stage, the financial system of Ukraine has a number of problems. These include the lack of: a systematic approach to restructuring, the effectiveness of the functioning of the financial system; slow pace of reforms, unclear certainty with a specific direction of reforms; instability of the exchange rate, fluctuations in which have a negative impact on foreign investors. The investigated indicators are stochastic in nature, because they do not reflect the real state of development of the financial system of Ukraine. This is due to the existence of a time lag, which consists in the time lag of changes in the values of macroeconomic indicators in comparison with the processes that are observed during the implementation of the main tasks that are entrusted to the financial system. Also, the article highlights the main problems of the development of the financial system of Ukraine and the negative dynamics of changes in macroeconomic indicators. The ways of improving the functioning of the financial system by taking into account the dynamics of changes in the considered indicators were proposed.
