SMART-технології у глобальній екосистемі

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано необхідність розуміння економіки як екосистеми, в якій врівноважені процеси економічного, соціального, екологічного, політичного розвитку. Як ключовий драйвер розвитку сучасної глобальної екосистеми розглядаються новітні технології, нова роль яких полягає не тільки у виконанні окремих важливих функцій, а й в управлінні процесами та зв’язками між різними елементами та суб’єктами. Виникнення розумних технологій, які керують іншими процесами, знаменує нову якість економічного життя, що й уособлює поняття смартекономіки. Розкрито особливості поширення новітніх технологій, таких як інтернет речей, штучний інтелект, технології NBICS тощо. Доведено, що саме новітні технології забезпечують системне управління та збалансованість ключових процесів у розвитку сучасної глобальної екосистеми.

The article substantiates the need to understand the economy as an ecosystem in which the processes of economic, social, ecological, political development are balanced. Management of development processes is carried out taking into account the interests of the economy, the environment, the social community etc. The key driver of the modern global ecosystem is considered to be the smart technologies, the new role of which is not only to perform certain important functions, but also to manage the processes and relationships between various elements and actors. The smart technologies make it possible to manage different processes and things taking into account the environmental and social needs of human society. The emergence of smart technologies that control other processes means a new quality of economic life, which, in fact, embodies the concept of smart economy. The peculiarities of the spread of the newest technologies are revealed: the Internet of Things (control of physical objects with the help of information and communication technologies), artificial intelligence (performance of intelligent functions by devices), NBICS technologies (nano-, bio-, info-, cogno- and social technologies). The important role of new technologies is confirmed by the rapid growth of the share of industries related to ICT products and services in the structure of the national and global economies. According to United Nations’ experts, employment on the Internet will grow by 7% per year, the Internet of Things (IoT) will reach $ 3.5 billion by 2023, and its impact is estimated at 11% of world GDP, the market for cognitive computing by 2025 will be $ 49.3 billion, the value of improved health of individuals living with chronic diseases through the adoption of connection of devices for remote monitoring by 2025 is estimated at $ 1.1 trillion for a year. It is proved that the new smart technologies create opportunities to ensure effective management and balance of key processes in the development of the modern global ecosystem. The task of the world community and science is to create favorable conditions for the transformation of smart-technologies into an effective tool for the formation of a true ecosystem.
