Роль економічних прогнозів на підприємстві

Abstract

У статті розглянуто прогноз як передвказання можливих або бажаних перспектив, станів, рішень проблем майбутнього на підприємстві. Визначено, що передвказання є власне вирішенням цих проблем, яке передбачає використання інформації про майбутнє в цілеспрямованій діяльності. Запропоновано науково-методичний підхід до побудови економічного прогнозу на промисловому підприємстві. Підхід побудовано на визначенні мети прогнозу, його основних завдань, етапів розроблення прогнозів на промисловому підприємстві, визначенні функцій прогнозування на промисловому підприємстві, основних елементів організації прогнозування. Виокремлено види прогнозів, які можуть здійснювати на підприємстві. У табличній формі наведена їх класифікація. Охарактеризовано сутнісні ознаки прогнозів. Показано в табличній формі відмінності прогнозування та планування. Зроблено висновки щодо необхідності створення прогнозів, які сприятимуть підвищенню ефективності планування на підприємстві.

The relevance of the study is due to the need to develop methodological approaches to creating forecasts in the enterprise as a pre-indication of possible or desired prospects, conditions, solutions to future problems. Based on the relevance of the article is the further development of scientific and methodological approaches to building an economic forecast at an industrial enterprise. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: determining the role of economic forecasts in the enterprise; development of a scientific and methodological approach to building an economic forecast at an industrial enterprise; construction of classification of types of the forecast at the enterprise; determining the differences between the forecast and the plan. The purpose of the article is the further development of scientific and methodological approaches to building an economic forecast at an industrial enterprise. The article uses the theoretical provisions of economics, as well as the work of domestic and foreign economists and practitioners, which highlights the problems of financial planning in the enterprise. In addition, the study used such general and special methods of economic research as scientific abstraction and analysis – in the analysis of literature sources on financial forecasting and classification of forecasts in the enterprise, logic and generalization – in formulating conclusions. The main scientific results obtained during the writing of the article include the further development and definition of types of forecasts at the industrial enterprise, the improvement of scientific and methodological approach to building an economic forecast at the enterprise. The article states that the forecast means a description of possible or desired prospects, conditions, solutions to future problems. Pre-instruction is actually a solution to these problems, which involves the use of information about the future in purposeful activities. The practical significance of the obtained results is that the approach to forecasting and classification of types of forecasts at the enterprise proposed in the article will allow to predict the functioning of the enterprise and reduce possible financial losses of enterprises in Ukraine on the basis of effective planning.
