Визначення системи чинників, що впливають на економічну безпеку підприємства

Abstract

У статті розглянуто підходи до систематизації чинників впливу на економічну безпеку підприємства. Зазначено, що більшість фахівців виокремлює зовнішні та внутрішні чинники. Схематично наведено зовнішні чинники економічної безпеки підприємств, які представлено двома контурами. Схематично представлено внутрішні чинники економічної безпеки, які включають організаційно-управлінську структуру, ресурсне забезпечення, організаційно-правову форму та форму власності підприємства, інформаційне забезпечення та забезпечення нормального перебігу процесів. На основі аналізу літературних джерел щодо визначення та систематизації чинників впливу на безпеку підприємства запропоновано авторське бачення такої системи. Схематично наведено складники підсистеми чинників внутрішнього та зовнішнього впливу. Запропоновано розглядати систематизацію чинників впливу на економічну безпеку підприємства за геополітичними та локальними факторами. До геополітичних запропоновано відносити фактори війни, пандемії та міжнародного рівня інтегрованості держави. Кожну групу чинників впливу на економічну безпеку підприємств, що взаємно зумовлюють та доповнюють одна одну, представлено у вигляді підсистем чинників зовнішнього та внутрішнього впливу. У підсистемі чинників зовнішнього впливу виокремлено фактори прямого та опосередкованого впливу. Визначена група чинників представлена конкретними основними складниками для вітчизняних підприємств.

The article considers approaches to systematization of factors influencing the economic security of the enterprise. It is noted that most experts distinguish between external and internal factors. The tabular form presents views on the internal factors influencing economic security. The external factors of economic security of the enterprises which are presented by two contours are schematically resulted. It is noted that the first outline reflects the geopolitical factors of external influence on the country, including domestic enterprises. It is noted that the second circuit reflects the factors of macroeconomic impact on the economic security of the enterprise. Schematically presents the internal factors of economic security, which include organizational and managerial structure, resource provision, organizational and legal form and form of ownership of the enterprise, information support and ensuring the normal course of processes. The article on the basis of the analysis of literature sources on definition and systematization of factors of influence on safety of the enterprise the author's vision of such system is offered. The article schematically presents the components of the subsystem of internal and external factors. It is proposed to consider the systematization of factors influencing the economic security of the enterprise by geopolitical and local factors. It is proposed to include the factors of war, pandemic and international level of state integration as geopolitical. Each group of factors influencing the economic security of enterprises, which mutually determine and complement each other is presented in the form of subsystems of factors of external and internal influence. In the subsystem of external influence factors, direct and indirect influence factors are distinguished. A certain group of factors is represented by specific main components for domestic enterprises. The conclusions indicate that the timely consideration of certain factors will allow the company to function stably through the creation of a mechanism to ensure economic security. It is also noted that it is necessary to take into account the importance of influencing factors, which are different and may change over time.
