Виявлення чинників загроз безпековій діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств в умовах нестабільного бізнес-середовища

Abstract

У статті розглянуто основні чинники (низька дохідність на капітал, залежність від природнихі факторів, яскраво виражений сезонний, циклічний характер відтворенняі основних засобів, значна потреба у сучасних техніко-технологічнихі засобах функціонування) та вплив, який вони мають на діяльність сільськогосподарського підприємства. Доведено необхідність проведення аналізу зовнішнього середовища підприємства, оцінки та постійного моніторингу чинників зовнішнього середовища. Визначено чинники впливу, які прямо та опосередковано впливають на суб’єкт господарювання. Розглянуто проблематику забезпечення безпеки діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств та доведено необхідність внесення змін у концепцію управління безпековою діяльністю на всіх етапах життєвого циклу підприємства. Запропоновано формування фонду гарантування безпековості діяльності, який допоможе аграрному підприємству убезпечити себе від загроз у майбутньому.

The necessity of the analysis of the external environment of the enterprise is proved; assessment and constant monitoring of environmental factors. The factors of influence that directly and indirectly affect the business entity are identified. The issue of safety of agricultural enterprises is considered and the need to make changes in the concept of safety management at all stages of the life cycle of the enterprise is proved. It is substantiated that in order to stabilize the environment in which the agricultural enterprise operates, first of all, it is necessary to determine the factors of influence that can directly or indirectly affect the enterprise, lead to positive or negative changes in its activities. Having received information about the uncertainty, dynamism and complexity of each of these factors, the company determines the overall level of environmental instability, the company's management chooses the type of management that can predict future events and make appropriate anti-crisis decisions, adapting it to the environment. It is proposed to form a fund to guarantee the safety of activities, which will help the agricultural enterprise to protect itself from future threats. The creation of an internal fund to ensure the safety of activities can be short-term (the period is a financial year, and the fund is formed from the budget of the enterprise and operating costs. This method is suitable for neutralizing small and relatively frequent losses) or long-term basis. article in the annual budget of the enterprise and accumulates over several years). The external fund for guaranteeing the safety of activities is formed as a special account of the agricultural enterprise. Contributions to such an account are made periodically in the form of insurance premiums. The difference between this method of formation of the fund from conventional insurance is that the insured will pay the losses of the enterprise according to its requirements and only in the amount accumulated in the insurance company.
