Abstract

У статті розглянуто особливості функціонування довгострокової продовольчої незалежності, що є регулюючою ланкою розвитку АПК регіонів. Досліджено, що агропромисловий комплекс відіграє важливу роль у міжгалузевій структурі економіки регіону, тому різні умови розвитку територій призводять до того, що кожен регіон формує свої особливості функціонування. Від розроблення і реалізації регіональної стратегії розвитку залежить ефективність його функціонування. Показано, що комплексні дослідження АПК регіонів залежать від стратегічних цілей, політики розвитку аграрного сектору АПК регіонів із механізмом державного регулювання. Уточнено теоретичні положення стратегії розвитку аграрного сектору АПК регіонів. Проведено аналіз економічного розвитку АПК регіонів та відображено оцінку стану аграрного сектору регіонів, визначено чинники реалізації стратегії економічного розвитку АПК регіонів, обґрунтовано підходи та напрями державного регулювання АПК у регіонах.

The article discusses the features of the functioning of long-term food independence, which is a regulating link in the development of the agro-industrial complex of the regions. It has been proved that the agro-industrial complex plays an important role in the inter-sectoral structure of the region's economy, therefore, different conditions for the development of territories lead to the fact that each region forms its own characteristics of functioning. The efficiency of its functioning depends on the development and implementation of a regional development strategy. It is shown that comprehensive research of the agroindustrial complex of the regions depends on the strategic goals, development policy of the agrarian sector of the agro-industrial complex of the regions with the mechanism of state regulation. Clarification of the theoretical provisions of the development strategy of the agrarian sector of the agro-industrial complex of the regions. The analysis of the economic development of the agro-industrial complex of the regions is carried out and the assessment of the state of the agrarian sector of the regions is reflected, the factors for the implementation of the strategy for the economic development of the agro-industrial complex of the regions, reasonable approaches and directions of state regulation of the agro-industrial complex in the regions are determined. Approaches have been formed that affect the creation of the socio-economic potential of the economic complex, the conditions for the development of a region with a favorable geographical location and a favorable investment climate are displayed. Considered and analyzed methodological approaches to determining the effectiveness of the implementation of the strategy of economic development in the region, proposed system of criteria for assessing the effectiveness of agricultural production in the agro-industrial complex, identified trends in the development of the agrarian sector of the agro-industrial complex, which determine its strategic focus, the main directions of state support and regulation of the agrarian sector of the agro-industrial complex of the region.
