Сучасні тенденції розвитку індустрії гостинності в Німеччині

Abstract

Розглянуто перспективи розвитку внутрішнього туризму у Німеччині, трансформацію системи місцевого самоврядування на прикладі громад землі Бранденбург, де акцент був визначений для туризму і кіноіндустрії. Проаналізовано заклади розміщення та харчування міста Котбуса, переваги створення про’ктної моделі туристично-рекреаційного кластера для розвитку регіону. Досліджено планування інноваційної діяльності підприємств готельно-ресторанного бізнесу та туризму і прогнозування їх розвитку, використання місцевих науково-дослідницьких організацій та їх інтеграції, розвиток нових сфер бізнесу, стартапів. Визначено, що характерною особливістю міста Котбус і регіону є різноманітність представників різних галузей. Котбус як центр для ведення підприємницької діяльності має потужний науковий і освітній потенціал для проведення наукових досліджень. Розглянуто ефективну діяльність Panorama-Rossel Holding – багатопрофільного холдингу, що функціонує у Латвії та Німеччині. Група консолідує низку компаній і здійснює управління, контроль своєї інвестиційної діяльності у сфері нерухомості, фінансів та інноваційних технологій.

The article examines the development of one of the main forms of international economic relations - international trade in services, in particular the structural unit of the services market tourism. Prospects for the development of domestic tourism in Germany, the transformation of local government, on the example of the communities of the state of Brandenburg, where the emphasis was on tourism and the film industry. The accommodation and catering establishments of the city of Cottbus, the advantages of creating a project model of a tourist and recreational cluster for the development of the region are analyzed. The planning of innovative activity of enterprises of hotel and restaurant business and tourism and forecasting of their development, use of local research organizations and their integration, development of new spheres of business, startups are investi-gated. It is determined that a characteristic feature of the city of Cottbus and the region is the diversity of representatives of different industries. To improve the functioning of tourism, the practical experience of economic activity of integrated structures, which create favorable conditions for the development of production. The effective activity of Panorama-Rossel Holding, a multidisciplinary holding company operating in Latvia and Germany, is considered.
