Abstract

The paper investigates the cooperation between students and teachers in improving the methods of active learning. The analysis of existing methods, the study of the effectiveness of joint efforts of students and teachers of higher education institutions in the implementation of new approaches to teaching and the relationship between them in this process is made. The article identifies which aspects are considered to be active learning methods. Specific examples of joint work of students and teachers in improving active learning methods are considered. In order to improve the quality of higher education and ensure higher standards, it is necessary to pay due attention to the development of teachers. This can be achieved through active professional development of teachers, including participation in conferences, trainings and courses.
