В такому контексті, важливим аспектом функціонування сучасного суспільства є право інтелектуальної власності, яке в цифрову добу набуває нові виклики та можливості. Право інтелектуальної власності визнає та захищає інтелектуальні та творчі досягнення особи чи колективу, надаючи їм право власності та контролю над цими досягненнями.
