| Abstract: | Гостра обтураційна жовчнокам’яна кишкова непрохідність діагностована у 4 % хворих зі спонтанними біліарними норицями. Тільки пілородуоденальну непрохідність можливо діагностувати у 100% випадків при гастродуоденоскопії. One of the complications of biliodigestive istulas in patients with gallstone dis-ease is Bouvere syndrome (BS) – acute intestinal obstruction caused by obstruction of the lumen of the stom-ach, small or large intestine. |
