Про деякі особливості визначення територіальної організації публічної влади в конституційному праві країн Азії та Океанії

Abstract

На прикладі конституційно-правової доктрини країн Азії та Океанії розглянуто варіанти дефініцій правової мо- делі територіальної організації публічної влади. Узагальнено доктринальні підходи до формування юридичного поняття устрою публічної влади в територіальних частинах держави. Виявлено специфіку закріплення взаємовід- носин вищих, регіональних і місцевих органів влади в конституціях країн Азії та Океанії. On the example of the constitutional-legal doctrine of countries of Asia and Oceania variants of definitions of the legal model of the territorial organization of the public authority have been considered. Doctrinal approaches by the formation of the legal concept of the structure of the public authority in territorial units of the state have been summarized. The specificity of fixing relationships higher, regional and local authorities in the constitutions of the countries of Asia and Oceania has been identified.
