| Abstract: | Відомо, що всі параметри організму на різ-них рівнях його організації мають коливний характер. Причому, коливання функцій в організмі відбуваються з періодичними змінами. That is sum up that monthly biorhythms were found to manifest briqhtly in anxious inliviluals. Knowlenge of biorhythms helps teache and coach for the rational planning process of sports training and preparation of long predictions in sports This allows to prepare an athlete to load more effectively and get good results while maintaining a high level of health and long life. |
