Abstract

Статтю присвячено дослідженню соціальних та етичних питань в управлінні глобальними ланцюгами постачання, а також ризиків, викликів та можливостей, пов'язаних із впровадженням сталих практик. Проаналізовано деякі соціально-етичні аспекти управління ланцюгами постачання, а саме трудові практики, дотримання прав людини, захист довкілля та прозорість. Розглядаються основні ризики та потенційні фінансові наслідки, з якими можуть зіткнутись компанії через втрату репутації, реакцію споживачів та судові розгляди, у тих випадках, коли порушення трудового законодавства, шкода довкіллю чи інші неетичні практики отримують розголос. Приділено увагу складності моніторингу та аудиту ланцюгів постачання, особливо в регіонах із недосконалою нормативно-правовою базою, а також деяким можливостям на шляху впровадження соціально та етично відповідальних практик у ланцюгах постачання.
