Ботулінотерапія в комплексному лікуванні дітей із церебральним паралічем

Abstract

Досліджено 60 дітей 2,5 - 7 років із діагнозом дитячий церебральний параліч. Ефективність лікувальних заходів оцінювали за динамікою приросту довжини між медіальними виростками стегон і щодо збільшення об'єму активних рухів за даними гоніометрії спочатку курсу реабілітації і на 4-й, 10-й, 20-й день після ін'єкцій ботулотоксину типу А. Констатовано зниження тонусу м'язів і збільшення об'єму рухів у суглобах нижніх кінцівок.

lt is reported about 60 children age of 2,5-7 years diagnosed with infantile cerebral paralysis. The therapy efficiency was evaluated bу the increas dynamics of the length between condylus medialis femoris аnd bу the increas of active range of motions bу the according to the goniometry data before the course of rehabilitation and after 4, 10, 20 -day' s treatment botulotoxin typa А. It is revealed that the muscle tone has decreased and the joint range of motion of lower exrtremities has increased.
