Стратегічні пріоритети розвитку ЗЕД аграрної галузі України

Abstract

Важливим аспектом розвитку зовнішньоекономічної діяльності України за сучасних умов є вагома роль аграрної галузі та її продукції у контексті експорту України. Саме на продукцію аграрного виробництва припадає найбільша частка експорту продукції з України до інших країн. Враховуючи це, розвиток сільського господарства є стратегічно важливим з точки зору зовнішньоекономічної діяльності України та забезпечення стабільного розвитку держави. Однак, в умовах повномасштабної війни становище аграрної галузі не є позитивним, що негативно впливає і на розвиток зовнішньоекономічної діяльності аграрної галузі України. Тим не менш, окремі аспекти аграрної галузі є стратегічно важливими для ЗЕД України, тому сформувались стратегічні пріоритети розвитку ЗЕД аграрної галузі України. Мета дослідження полягала у визначенні основних стратегічних пріоритетів зовнішньоекономічної діяльності аграрної галузі України та встановленні їх значення для розвитку сільського господарства в Україні в умовах повномасштабної війни. Спершу наведено загальний аналіз поняття зовнішньоекономічної діяльності та її основ у контексті аграрної галузі. На основі статистичних даних проведено аналіз сучасного стану ЗЕД аграрної галузі України. Спираючись на статистичні дані, наукові праці та додаткові джерела визначено два стратегічних напрями розвитку ЗЕД аграрної галузі України: переважання та збільшення частки продукції рослинництва у загальній структурі експорту, збільшення обсягів виробництва до країн-сусідів та їх частки у загальній географічній структурі експорту. Загалом, не дивлячись на складні зовнішні умови, аграрна галузь продовжує розвиватись, а продукція аграрного виробництва активно експортується за кордон. Враховуючи це, результати дослідження мають важливе значення з точки зору виявлення актуального стану розвитку ЗЕД аграрної галузі в умовах війни та встановлення актуальних стратегічних пріоритетів її розвитку.

An important aspect of the development of Ukraine's foreign economic activity in the current environment is the significant role of the agricultural sector and its products in the context of Ukraine's exports. Agricultural products account for the largest share of Ukraine's exports to other countries. In view of this, the development of agriculture is strategically important for Ukraine's foreign economic activity and for ensuring the country's stable development. However, in the context of a full-scale war, the situation in the agricultural sector is not positive, which has a negative impact on the development of foreign economic activity of the agricultural sector of Ukraine. Nevertheless, certain aspects of the agricultural sector are strategically important for Ukraine's foreign trade, so strategic priorities for the development of foreign trade in the agricultural sector of Ukraine have been formed. The purpose of the study is to identify the main strategic priorities of foreign economic activity of the agricultural sector of Ukraine and to determine their importance for the development of agriculture in Ukraine in the context of a full-scale war. First, the article provides a general analysis of the concept of foreign economic activity and its foundations in the context of the agricultural sector. Based on statistical data, the author analyses the current state of foreign economic activity in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. Based on statistical data, scientific papers and additional sources, two strategic directions of development of foreign economic activity of the agricultural sector of Ukraine are identified: predominance and increase of the share of crop production in the overall structure of exports, increase of production volumes to neighbouring countries and their share in the overall geographical structure of exports. Overall, despite the difficult external environment, the agricultural sector continues to develop, and agricultural products are actively exported abroad. Given this, the results of the study are important in terms of identifying the current state of development of the agricultural sector's foreign economic activity in the context of war and setting current strategic priorities for its development.
