Abstract

У статті розглядається роль суду, що у сучасних цивілізованих, правових і демократичних державах є невід’ємною складовою системи правового захисту особи, її прав і свобод. В Україні процес демократизації політичної системи, створення основ правової держави спричиняє необхідність докорінної реорганізації форм і методів діяльності всіх правових інститутів, добровільних об’єднань, пов’язаних із захистом прав і законних інтересів громадян. Також зроблені відповідні висновки щодо даної проблематики. Ключові слова: відповідальність, присяжний, суд, кримінальний процес, політична система.

This paper deals with that in the modern civilized, legal and democratic state court is an integral part of the legal protection of a person’s rights and freedoms.
