Особливості організації надання кваліфікованої стоматологічної допомоги дітям Закарпаття

Abstract

В статті викладені проблеми та здобутки надання стоматологічної допомоги дітям Закарпатської області з урахуванням географічних та соціальних особливостей регіону, висвітлені перспективи розвитку дитячої стоматологічної служби в даній області та умови виконання програми «Здорова усмішка дітей Закарпаття».

In this article the problems and achievements of dental care for children regionwith regard heohrfichnyh and social characteristics of the region, highlighted the prospects of child stomatolohinoyi service in this area and provided the program “Healthy Smile Transcarpathia children.” Health of the Nation in the future directly proportional to the level of children’s health of present and prevent future zahvorvayunnya. Quality and timely delivery of dental care as one of the most popular types of health care is the prevention of the emergence of more complex pathological conditions in the future. The structure of the general morbidity of the population of our country, the disease of the mouth and teeth occupy third place. Thus 99% of the patients served in outpatient clinics institutions. Today in Ukraine there are three levels of dental care: primary, secondary and tertiary. The primary and secondary care nadayetya specialized dental offices, one of which is a children’s dental office, which is mainly planned by the method of rehabilitation. Tertiary level of care provided in Transcarpathia University dental clinic, located at the Dental Faculty of Uzhgorod National University and the offices of child dental clinic at the Children’s Hospital of the City that are open fo the second phase of the program “ Healthy Smile Transcarpathia.” Epidemiological was found that the prevalence of caries of deciduous teeth is a 5 – 6- year-olds – 98.3% at a value of kp – 14.9 ; prevalence of caries in permanent teeth of 12 year olds – 91.4% at a value of CPV – 11.3. Hygiene evaluated as unsatisfactory in 89.4 % of the surveyed children. Prevalence of dentoalveolar anomalies and deformations is 75.4 %, which was the reason to go to the health care measures and opymano in this scientific article.
