Міждисциплінарний підхід до аналізу політичного перформансу: перспектива мотивації політичних акторів

Abstract

Розглядається міждисциплінарне сприйняття політичного перформансу як політичної технології та надання політичного змісту мистецьким подіям. Аналізуються підходи до усвідомлення природи політичного перформансу тими акторами, які будуть його застосовувати. Розкривається сутність здійснення влади в умовах сучасної України на основі елементів перформансної культури. Обговорюється неординарність публічних виступів окремих політичних лідерів та державних діячів. Встановлюються методичні норми мистецтва, які спрямовують увагу на театральні вистави та співвідношення спільних дій. Обговорюється значення політичного театрального дійства як різновиду акціоністського мистецтва та його відповідність вимогам політичного децизіонізму. З’ясовуються позиції авторів та дієвих осіб політичного перформансу. Акцентовано на розбіжностях у поглядах на результатах конкретних вчинків та дій учасників та організаторів політичного перформансу. Метою статті є встановлення потенціалу міждисциплінарного підходу у дослідженні політичного перформансу як чинника мотивації політичних акторів. У статті застосовуються загальнологічні (аналіз, синтез) та фахові методи політичної науки (ретроспективний та структурно-функціональний методи). Досліджуються чинники максимізації ефекту театральності у політичних діях та презентаціях. Розкрито специфіку ситуації, особливий емоційний стан аудиторії, можливість виразити певну політичну проблему у мистецьких символах. З’ясовуються умови досягнення політичної мети на основі глибокого розуміння культурно-мистецької природи публічної вистави. Розглядаються обмеження для політичних акторів у спроможності прогнозувати результат політичного дійства. Обговорюються умови застосування політичного перформансу в сучасній України. Наголошено на ускладненні ситуації малими термінами передвиборчих перегонів та рідкісним явищем завчасної підготовки політичних кампаній.

The interdisciplinary perception of political performance as a political technology and the provision of political content to artistic events is considered. Approaches to understanding the nature of political performance by the actors who will apply it are analyzed. The essence of exercising power in the conditions of modern Ukraine on the basis of elements of performance culture is revealed. The unusualness of public speeches of individual political leaders and statesmen is discussed. Methodical norms of art are established, which direct attention to theatrical performances and the ratio of joint actions. The significance of political theatrical action as a kind of actionist art and its compliance with the requirements of political decisionism are discussed. The positions of the authors and actors of the political performance are clarified. Emphasis is placed on differences in their views on the results of specific actions and actions of participants and organizers of political performance. The aim of the article is to establish the potential of an interdisciplinary approach in the study of political performance as a factor motivating political actors. The article uses general (analysis, synthesis) and professional methods of political science (retrospective and structural-functional methods). Factors of maximizing the effect of theatricality in political actions and presentations are investigated. The specifics of the situation, the special emotional state of the audience, the opportunity to express a certain political problem in artistic symbols are revealed. The conditions for achieving a political goal are clarified on the basis of a deep understanding of the cultural and artistic nature of public performance. Limitations for political actors in their ability to predict the outcome of a political action are considered. The conditions for the use of political performance in modern Ukraine are discussed. Emphasis was placed on the complication of the situation with the short terms of the election campaign and the rare phenomenon of early preparation of political campaigns.
