Качество социализации/индивидуализации как фактор общественной адаптации к переменам межпарадигмального уровня

Abstract

Міра індивідуалізації та соціалізації становить не тільки важливу характеристику культурно-цивілізаційного світу, але й параметр суспільного розвитку. Разом із тим втягування в процеси трансформацій парадигмального рівня піднімає завдання соціальної адаптації до умов виживання. Навпаки, невміння адаптуватися до соціально-політичних змін може свідчити про геостратегічне згасання й ослаблення, а то й цивілізаційну катастрофу. Зокрема, подолання нового еволюційного бар’єру для людства пов’язане з необхідністю формування нового рівня як теоретичного освоєння соціально-політичної дійсності, так й інструментарію взаємодії на різних рівнях. При цьому практична істинність застосовуваних абстракцій стає вагомим фактором ефективного використання нових тенденцій. Відповідно, перехідний період – час вироблення взаємоприйнятних правил не тільки внутрішнього життя народів, а й світового порядку. Причому освоєння інноваційних явищ міжнародних відносин – умова не тільки продуктивного використання умов, але й перехоплення стратегічної ініціативи. Неухильна зміна лідерів і аутсайдерів відповідно до закону нерівномірності розвитку проявляє визрівання в надрах культурно-цивілізаційних світів великих подій, змін, катаклізмів. Тим часом успішний процес соціалізації/індивідуалізації вимагає складання привабливого суспільного ідеалу як мети і мрії для ненасильницького об’єднання різних індивідуумів. Саме ідеальне може підтверджувати істинність реального. Якість же ідеалу перевіряється в конфліктних ситуаціях і/або за інтенсифікації взаємодії. Разом із тим постглобальність – не тільки множинність віртуальних проекцій, а й їх зростаючий вплив на реальні процеси. При цьому, з одного боку, альтернативи занадто радикальні, з іншого – у точці біфуркації і слабкі впливи можуть виявитися вирішальними. Тим часом слід не тільки жити й розвиватися в унісон з міцніючими тенденціями, а й відповідати суті загальних змін. На цьому шляху в контексті постглобальних трансформацій належить культивувати як збереження досягнутого раніше, так і активне формоутворення. Різновекторність пострадянських трансформацій входить у загальний глобальний потік змін парадигмальної глибини. Одна з характерних рис самосприйняття суспільства, що «дорослішає», – готовність до усвідомленої відповідальності за своє майбутнє. Це передбачає розрахунок на власні сили й ендогенний розвиток.

The measure of individualization/socialization is not only an important characteristic of the cultural and civilizational world, but also a parameter of social development. At the same time, the involvement of the paradigm level in the transformation processes raises the tasks of social adaptation to one of the conditions of survival. On the contrary, the inability to adapt to socio-political changes may indicate geostrategic extinction and weakening, and even a civilizational catastrophe. In particular, overcoming a new evolutionary barrier for humanity is associated with the need to form a new level of both theoretical development of socio-political reality and the tools of interaction at different levels. At the same time, the practical truth of the applied abstractions becomes a significant factor in the effective use of new trends. Accordingly, the transition period is the time for the development of mutually acceptable rules not only for the internal life of peoples, but also for the world order. Moreover, the development of innovative phenomena of international relations is a condition not only for the effective use of conditions, but also for the interception of strategic initiative. The steady change of leaders and outsiders in accordance with the law of uneven development reveals major events, changes, cataclysms that are ripening in the depths of the cultural and civilizational worlds. Meanwhile, a successful socialization/individualization process requires the formation of an attractive social ideal as a goal and dream for the nonviolent unification of various individuals. The ideal itself can confirm the truth of the real. The quality of the ideal is tested in conflict situations and/or in the intensification of interaction. At the same time, post-globality is not only a multiplicity of virtual projections, but also their growing impact on real processes. At the same time, on the one hand, the alternatives are too radical, on the other hand, at the bifurcation point, weak influences can be decisive. Meanwhile, one should not only live and develop in unison with the growing tendencies, but also correspond to the essence of general changes. On this path, in the context of postglobal transformations, it is necessary to cultivate both the preservation of what has been achieved earlier and active morphogenesis. The multi-vector nature of post-Soviet transformations is part of the overall global flow of changes of paradigm depth. One of the characteristic features of the "maturing" self-perception of society is the willingness to take conscious responsibility for their future. This implies self-reliance and endogenous development.
