Аналіз структури сенсибілізації дітей із сезонною алергією

Abstract

В статті представлені результати обстеження 50 дітей, які знаходилися на облі­ку у Львівському міському дитячому алергологічному центрі з приводу шкірної, респіратор­ної або комбінованої форми алергії. Проведено кількісне визначення циркулюючих алерген­специфічних імуноглобулінів Е в сироватці крові (R-Вiopharm AG, Німеччина) та визначення шкірної чутливості негайного типу методом прик-тестів (МП "Імунолог", м. Вінниця) до побу­тових, епідермальних, харчових, грибкових та пилкових алергенів. Результати дозволили ви­явити особливості сенсибілізації дітей різних вікових груп до певних алергенів і співставити показники тестування in vivo та in vitro.

In this paper the results of the examination of 50 children who have been followed up in Lviv City Children's Clinical Hospital with respiratory, skin and combined forms of allergy are presented. Quantitative estimation of circulating lgE antibodies in the blood serum ("R-Вiopharm AG"; Germany) and skin testing for immediate-type sensitivity bу skin-prick tests ("lmmunolog"; Vinnytsia, Ukraine) for domestic, epidermal, food,fungal and pollen allergens were conducted. Results allowed to determine the peculiarities of sensitization of different age-dependent children's groups for allergen and to confer the testing indexes in vivo and in vitro.
