Динаміка рівнів IЛ-1В, ІЛ-4 та ІЛ-8 при стенозуючому ларинготрахеїті у дітей

Abstract

Проведено аналіз рівнів ІЛ-1β, ІЛ–4 та ІЛ–8 у дітей зі СЛТ і РСЛТ. Встановлено, що рівні ІЛ–1β, ІЛ-4 та ІЛ-8 були значно вищі у хворих зі СЛТ і РСЛТ ніж у здорових дітей. Рівні ІЛ–1β, ІЛ-4 та ІЛ-8 збільшувались відповідно з наростанням ступеня важкості ларинготрахеїту. Рівень ІЛ-4 у хворих із РСЛТ істотно перевищував такий у хворих зі СЛТ.

It was analyzed the levels of IL-1β, IL-4 and IL-8 in children with laryngotracheitis (LT) and recurrent laryngotracheitis (RLT). It was established that the levels of IL-1β, IL-4 and IL-8 were significantly higher in patients with LT and RLT than in healthy children. The levels of IL-1β, IL-4 and IL-8 were increased in accordance with severity laryngotracheitis. The level of IL-4 in patients with RLT was significantly higher than in patients with SLT.
