Коріння дискримінаційної геополітики Росії

Abstract

Агресивна війна путінського режиму проти Української держави поставила чимало запитань не лише в практичній площині, а й в царині теорії, передусім методології. Наявність потужної п’ятої колони, парад зрадників в СБУ, цілий інститут колоборантів як в органах державної влади, так і серед цивільного населення – ці і не тільки явища виявили суттєві прогалини геополітики як науки, яка виявилася не здатною пояснити сутність війни путінського режиму проти України, а головне змоделювати та подати причини розвитку саме України в таких умовах. Навпаки, геополітика виявила свою сутність як антиукраїнська доктрина, в рамках якої нашій державі немає місця на мапі світу, у світовій архітектурі безпеці, в рамках бінарної антагоністичної парадигми боротьби. Ця ситуація не відповідає ані прагненням українства до відновлення державності, ані волінням державної нації до дальшого державотворення. Саме тому постає необхідність у формуванні несуперечливої системи знань, в рамках якої знайшов би опис феномен розвитку Української держави в умовах нелінійності і нестаціонарності на шляху до досягнення стратегічної стабільності, а також відпрацюванні векторів політико-безпекової практики ефективного та стійкого функціонування та розвитку. Окреме завдання полягає в опису дій такого суб’єкта геостратегії як Українська держава у новій конфігурації світової безпеки. Для цього, в умовах варварської війни путінського режиму проти України, постає одне із завдань, яке полягає у виявленні дискримінаційної сутності геополітики путінського режиму, демонстрації відсутності перспектив розвитку наукової думки в політологічних дослідженнях поза контекстом «російського світу» і «російської цивілізації». Продемонстровано роль територіального чинника. Здійснено демаркаційну лінію між поняттями державного кордону і геостратегічного простору. Доведено факти маніпуляції, фантазій та міфологізації окремих політичних явищ з метою формування аргументації для внутрішніх споживачів зсередини Росії виправданості та необхідності варварської війни та геноциду українців. Акцентовано на тому, що існування Росії в майбутньому можливе лише в якості держави з імперськими рисами, що означає перманенту загрозу існуванню не лише для Української держави, а й для усього цивілізованого людства, країн всієї Європи. У статті продовжується ключова авторська ідея щодо чіткого порізнення геополітики і геостратегії. Виявлення дискримінаційної сутності геополітики путінського режиму є одним із компонентів системної аргументації щодо необхідності відмови від тиражування деструктивних геополітичних кліше і необхідності розроблення власних теоретичних систем для власного розвитку.

The aggressive war of the Putin regime against the Ukrainian state raised many questions not only in the practical dimension but also in the realm of theory, primarily methodology.The presence of a powerful fifth column, the parade of traitors in SSU, a full institution of coloborants both in state authorities and among the civilian population – these and other phenomena revealed significant gaps in geopolitics as a science that proved unable to interpret the essence of the Putin regime’s war against Ukraine and, most importantly, to model and present the reasons for Ukraine’s development under relevant conditions. On the contrary, geopolitics has manifested itself as an anti-Ukrainian doctrine, which has no place for our state on the world map, in world security architecture, within the binary antagonistic paradigm of struggle. This situation does not correspond to the aspirations of Ukraine to restore statehood, nor the will of the state nation to further state-building. As a result, there is a need to form a non-controversial system of knowledge, which would render the phenomenon of development of the Ukrainian state amidst non-linearity and non-stationarity on the way to achieving strategic stability, as well as the elaboration of vectors of political and security practice of effective and sustainable functioning and progress. A separate task is to describe the actions of such a geostrategic entity as the Ukrainian state in the new configuration of world security. For this purpose, in the barbarous war war of the Putin regime against Ukraine, there is one of the task – to identify the discriminatory nature of the geopolitics of the Putin regime, to demonstrate the lack of prospects for the development of scientific thought in political research outside the context of the “Russian world» and “Russian civilization». The role of the territorial factor is illustrated. A demarcation line is drawn between the concepts of the state border and geostrategic space. The facts of manipulation, fantasy and mythologization of certain political phenomena to form arguments for domestic consumers from within Russia justification and necessity of barbaric war and genocide of Ukrainians are proved. It is emphasized that the future existence of Russia is possible only as a state with imperial features, which means a permanent threat to the existence not only for the Ukrainian state but for all civilized humanity, countries of entire Europe. The article pursues the author’s key idea of a clear distinction between geopolitics and geostrategy. Identification of the discriminatory essence of Putin’s geopolitics is one of the components of the systemic argumentation about the need to refuse to replicate destructive geopolitical clichés and develop their original theoretical systems for their own development.
