Роль освіти у формуванні інноваційно-креативної компетентності кадрів в умовах економіки знань

Abstract

У статті розглянуто науково-теоретичні і методологічні та прикладні аспекти формування інноваційно-креативної освітньої сфери, зокрема в умовах посилення соціально-економічної ролі знань в економічному розвитку. Нині освіта являє собою важливий чинник притоку висококваліфікованих кадрів практично в усі галузі економіки, і передусім в науку та високотехнологічні сфери виробництва. Зазначене обумовлює те, щоб освіта стала якомога ефективнішою, передовою частиною економіки, важливою основою чого є інтеграція освіти та виробництва. Провідну роль при цьому безперечно відіграє особистість педагога, наставника. Однак, незважаючи на зростання ролі освіти та високу інтенсивність праці вчителя, викладача, вона недостатньо оцінюється і матеріально, і морально, що є головною причиною високої плинності кадрів, зокрема серед освітньої молоді. Виходячи із зазначеного, поряд із підвищенням матеріальної зацікавленості педагогічних працівників, дуже важливим є виховання поваги і визнання праці освітянина, що має стати потужним стимулом для розвитку освітнього потенціалу країни. А це означає, що в цій сфері мають працювати перш за все творчі фахівці, які володіють сучасними глибокими знаннями. Всі складові ресурсів творчості (середовище та сама особистість з її інтелектуальними здібностями, знаннями, мотивацією та стилем мислення) сприяють формуванню у майбутнього фахівця розвиненого професійного мислення та здатності до інтеграції знань на різних функціональних рівнях. Зусилля викладача та вчителя, в цьому контексті, мають спрямовуватись на створення навчальних програм та навчальних модулів для формування компетенцій майбутніх фахівців. Надалі розкривається сутність компетенції та компетентності працівника освітньої сфери, принципові підходи при формуванні креативних фахівців, а також шляхи вироблення у кожного студента – майбутнього фахівця мотивації до навчання, до оволодіння якісними знаннями. Значна увага приділена впровадженню в навчальних закладах бально-рейтингової системи оцінювання якості знань та білінгвального навчання, а також покращенню ресурсного забезпечення навчально-виховного процесу.

The article examines the scientific-theoretical and methodological and applied aspects of the formation of the innovative and creative educational sphere, in particular in the context of the strengthening of the socio-economic role of knowledge in economic development. Today, education is an important factor in the influx of highly qualified personnel into almost all sectors of the economy, and above all into science and high-tech production. The mentioned causes education to become as efficient as possible, an advanced part of the economy, an important basis of which is the integration of education and production. The leading role in this case is undoubtedly played by the personality of the teacher, mentor. However, despite the growing role of education and the high intensity of the teacher's work, it is insufficiently valued both materially and morally, which is the main reason for the high turnover of personnel, in particular among educational youth. Based on the above, along with increasing the material interest of pedagogical workers, it is very important to cultivate respect and recognition of the work of an educator, which should become a powerful stimulus for the development of the country's educational potential. And this means that creative specialists who possess modern in-depth knowledge should work in this field first of all. All components of creative resources (the environment and the individual himself with his intellectual abilities, knowledge, motivation and thinking style) contribute to the formation of a future specialist's developed professional thinking and the ability to integrate knowledge at different functional levels. The efforts of the lecturer and teacher, in this context, should be directed to the creation of training programs and training modules for the formation of the competencies of future specialists. The essence of the competence and competency of an employee in the educational sphere, the principled approaches to the formation of creative specialists, as well as the ways of developing motivation for learning and mastering quality knowledge in each student – a future specialist, are revealed. Considerable attention is paid to the implementation in educational institutions of a point-rating system for assessing the quality of knowledge and bilingual education, as well as to improved resource provision of the educational process.
